Final Project Submission Rules

National Level Hackathon 2026

1. Mandatory File Naming Convention

All files must be named strictly using your allotted Team Number only.
No team name, college name, or additional words are allowed.
No spaces or special characters should be used.

            PPT: Team1.pptx

            Project Report: Team1.pdf

            Project Video: Team1.mp4

            Source Code (ZIP): Team1.zip

Files not following the above naming format will NOT be evaluated.

2. Repository Requirements

Project must be uploaded to a public GitHub repository.
Repository should contain clean, structured, and readable code.
README file must include setup and execution instructions.
Commit history must reflect genuine development effort during the hackathon.

3. Mandatory Submission Components

Live demo or deployed application link.
Presentation (Maximum 25 slides).
Project Report (PDF format).
Project Demo Video (3–5 minutes only).
All team member details correctly filled in the submission form.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Innovation and originality of idea.
Technical implementation quality.
User interface and user experience.
Real-world applicability and scalability.
Presentation and demonstration clarity.

5. Disqualification Conditions

Plagiarism or copied code without attribution.
Incorrect file naming format.
Incomplete or non-functional projects.
Corrupted or non-opening files.
Late submission after deadline.
Violation of hackathon ethics or rules.

6. Important Notes

Submission deadline is strictly enforced.
Judges' decision will be final and binding.
Organizers reserve the right to modify rules if necessary.
